And never discount your own experience and metrics in favor of someone else’s. Trends, benchmarks, and expert advice can be helpful, but nothing matters more than how your audience is responding. What works for a general audience—or even another financial advisor—might not be what resonates with your clients. Pay attention to your engagement, conversions, and client feedback. The best marketing decisions come from knowing your people, not just following what’s popular.
